Real Adventures, Real Experiences
Kim recently planned and accompanied my husband and me on a trip to South Africa. I can’t even tell you how much we enjoyed every minute of this trip. We met Kim in London when we booked an evening photo tour. As an amateur photographer, I was hoping to see parts of London and learn more about photography. As luck would have it, Kim not only taught me a great deal about photography, but also told us about his love of his home - South Africa – and inspired us to pursue a dream of going on a safari. My husband and I are experienced travelers but were hesitant to go to Africa due to safety concerns. We didn't know where to start planning, where to go, or what questions to ask. So, we approached the whole experience in a let-the-expert-handle-the-arrangements manner. He promised us the trip of a lifetime and what he delivered was nothing short of magical. For anyone who is interested in a visit South Africa, especially a photo safari, I can wholeheartedly recommend Kim Thunder Photographic Safaris. His firsthand knowledge of his country was invaluable. We were basically taken care of every step of the way from arrival to departure. We felt safe and well cared for in every transition and with all our transfers and resorts. There was not one hiccup and we were able to just enjoy ourselves.
